This concise guide is well worth reading for anyone who finds him or herself in charge of a plant -- or even anyone who supervises a staff in any business. Chock-full of sound advice, engagingly written with touches of humor. You may think you know all there is to know about your business, but I guarentee you'll find some gem in here you'll realize you had never thought of -- but should have.

Brian and Carl do an excellent job of applying the fundamentals of leadership into the every day manufacturing role with actual case studies and relatable examples. These principles can be applied to any position in industry whether it's in front line supervision, lab associate, plant manager, etc. I highly recommend this for anyone new to the manufacturing industry.
